Pneumatic System

Description

We will develop a small and lightweight pneumatic system. We will conduct research on small pneumatic valves and the control of pneumatic actuators using small pneumatic valves.

Air pressure has been widely used as a power source in manufacturing and medicine, and has attracted attention as a power source for soft robots. A shortcoming of the pneumatic system comes from large and heavy pneumatic valves and compressors. Thus, we will conduct research on small and lightweight pneumatic elements.
